Just like going to your first junior camp, we know ordering online can be a bit nerve-racking. We've compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions and answered them all below to make it easy on you. Max-Performance Sports & More will make it the most pleasant, easiest transaction of your online career.


How fast do you ship my items?
Faster than you can finish serving your 5-minute major penalty for dropping the mitts. All orders are shipped within 24 hours including weekends, but our true goal is to get them shipped in two hours or less if purchased during regular business hours!

Are your online store prices in Canadian or US dollars?
All of our prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD)! This is great for everyone... our valued Canadian customers don't get charged a hefty conversion fee from the banks, and to our valued American customers, you can take advantage of your dollar and save big time when shopping with Max-Performance Sports.

What payment methods do you accept?
What payment methods don't we accept? Okay, there are numerous payment methods out there, so we don't accept them all but we have all the major ones on our website. We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. In our Vancouver store location we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. 

Do I need an account to shop on Max-Performance Sports?
No! You definitely don't need an account to shop on our website and can easily checkout as a guest. However, to make it easier and quicker in the future for you, we do recommend creating an account. It will cut your checkout time in half or more for future purposes. It also allows you to track orders, view your purchase history, and more. Click here to create an account now!

I notice a few items are labelled as Special Order Items. What is a special order item?
In a nutshell, these items ship from our warehouse and not our Vancouver retail store. We do not use any third parties or drop ship companies; we stock the warehouse, run the warehouse, and do all the shipping. Read our full page on special order items here.

What happens if my order is out of stock? Can I order it anyways?
At various times during the year, especially peak times at certain points in the hockey season, Max-Perfomance will occassionally run out of stock. If we can get the item, we will leave it on the website and allow you to order it. If this happens, we will email you immediately after your purchase and notify you of the delay. It typically takes 5-7 days for us to receive the new stock.

What are your shipping costs?
We have various shipping costs depending on the item you're purchasing. Simply add the item to your cart, view your cart, and you can obtain a quick and easy shipping quote. Again, we don't believe in doing business the old fashion way: we have a rate for every single item in our store, not just one rate for any and all products and it's fully calculated to Canada Post pricing to save you money. Due to our volume of shipments, we offer extremely competitive rates and some of the best within Canada.

Do you combine shipping if I buy multiple items?
Definitely! Every chance we can package your items together, we will do it. You will receive it all together, and you will also receive a discount on shipping! Not all items can be shipped together, but we try any time we can. Again, simply add the items to your cart and it will automatically combine your shipping.

Do you offer free in-store pickup?
Absolutely we do! Upon checkout, simply select "In-store Pickup" and there will be no shipping charge. Payment must be made online during the checkout process prior to picking up your item. I.D. will be required at pickup and must match the name on the online order.

Why am I still reading this and not shopping?
We have no idea, we were wondering the same thing!! SHOP NOW
